At GEAR Berlin, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is protected for transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our Berlin warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
